Weathering With You Released in U.K. and Irish Cinemas Next Week

your name. with Weathering With You on Wednesday January 15. Weathering With You will open in more venues on Friday January 17. Further cinema venues will have one-off screenings of the film on Thursday January 30.

The summer of his high school freshman year, Hodaka runs away from his remote island home to Tokyo, and quickly finds himself pushed to his financial and personal limits. Shinkai is credited with the original work, and also directed and wrote the film's scripts for Tōko Miura sang RADWIMPS' "Grand Escape (Movie edit) feat. Tōko Miura" and "Shukusai (Movie edit) feat. Tōko Miura" theme songs for the film.
