Voice actress Aimi Tanaka revealed on Wednesday that she was hospitalized and underwent an unspecified surgery sometime in the past two weeks, but that she has fully recovered and has returned to work. She described her hospitalization as a "hellish time."
She revealed the hospitalization on her Twitter and Instagram s to explain why she has not posted anything on her social media feeds for the past two weeks.
Tanaka debuted in her first major leading role as the titular character Umaru Doma in the How Clumsy you are, Miss Ueno (Tanaka).
