Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma Anime Gets 4th Season in October (Updated)

This year's 29th issue of Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma manga will get a fourth season that will premiere in October. The new anime will be titled Shokugeki no Sōma: Shin no Sara (The Plate of God). The magazine also revealed a visual for the new anime.

The magazine had Shokugeki no Sōma: Le dessert starting on June 27. The 36th and final volume of the manga will ship on October 4.
Viz Media releases the manga in English, and it describes the story:
Soma Yukihira's old man runs a small family restaurant in the less savory end of town. Aiming to one day sur his father's culinary prowess, Soma hones his skills day in and day out until one day, out of the blue, his father decides to enroll Soma in a classy culinary school!Can Soma really cut it in a place that prides itself on a 10 percent graduation rate? And can he convince the beautiful, domineering heiress to the school that he belongs there at all?!
Tsukuda and Saeki launched the manga in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2012. Chef MANGA Plus service.
The manga previously inspired three television anime series. The first anime season aired for 24 episodes from April to September 2015. streamed the third season.
