Pierrot Anime Studio Founder Yūji Nunokawa, Manga Creator Kazuo Umezu Receive Government Cultural Award

Nunokawa graduated from the Japan Design School in 1967, and has worked at Black Clover, among others.

Umezu is a prolific horror manga creator who has also drawn such manga as The Drifting Classroom.
