Hinomaru Zumō Anime's Theme Song Artists Revealed

This year's combined 36th and 37th issues of Official HiGE DANdism (first image below) is performing the opening theme song, while rock band Omedetai Atama de Nani Yori (second image below) is performing the ending theme.

The magazine also revealed that the anime will premiere on October 5 at 10:00 p.m. on TVQ Broadcasting Kyushu.

The cast include: (From top left to bottom right in the image above)

• Hinomaru! Ushio
• Fukushi Ochiai as Shinya Ozeki
• Kentarō Kumagai as Yūma Gojō
• Takuya Satō as Chihiro Kunisaki
• Ayumu Murase as Kei Mitsuhashi
• Takuma Terashima as Kirihito Tsuji

Rui Tanabe will play Chizuko Hori (right). Both characters are managers of the Ōdachi High School sumo club.

*Hinoshita Kaisan - A title for the highest rank in professional sumo, equivalent of Yokozuna.

Kawada launched the manga in Weekly Shonen Jump in May 2014. Shueisha' published the 21st volume on August 3.
