Overlord II Anime's 1st Episode Previewed in Video

The official website for the television Overlord II, the anime's second season, on Tuesday. There is a "normal version" and a "special version," the latter of which will only be available for a limited time.
The website also posted a spinoff four- manga titled "2-ki Ending o Kangaeyō" (Let's Think About Season 2's Ending). The manga is in Japanese and will be available until February 10. Jūami drew the manga.

The new cast include:
- Hiroki Touchi as Zaryusu
- Naomi Kusumi as Shasryu
- Sora Amamiya as Crusch
- Kouji Ishii as Zenberu
- Kiyono Yasuno as Renner
- Ryota Ohsaka as Climb
The series will premiere on the Ple Ple Pleiades 2.

The novels and anime's story takes place in the year 2138 when virtual reality gaming is booming. Yggdrasil, a popular online game, is quietly shut down one day. However, the protagonist Momonga decides to not log out. Momonga is then transformed into the image of a skeleton as "the most powerful wizard." The world continues to change, with non-player characters (NPCs) beginning to feel emotion. Having no parents, friends, or place in society, this ordinary young man Momonga then strives to take over the new world the game has become.
