Jiro Sato s Live-Action Gintama Sequel Film's Cast in Different Role

A stage presentation at the sequel film. Sato played Takechi Henpeita in the first film, but teased that he will play a different role in the sequel. Sato joked during the presentation, "I will most definitely be playing Kagura."
The sequel film is slated for summer 2018.
The first film opened in Japan on July 14, and it earned 980 million yen (US$8.9 million) in its first four days. The film also screen in the United States, Canada, , Spain, and Central and South America.
