The official The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. manga teased on Monday that production on an anime sequel has been green-lit. The staff will provide more details later.
The manga centers on a high school boy named Kusuo Saiki. He possesses supernatural powers that cause unfortunate events in his everyday life.
The anime premiered as a "double broadcast," airing in the mornings Mondays-Fridays within the Oha-Suta ("Good Morning Star") program on premiered on July 4, and the late-night broadcast premiered on July 10. The 24th and final episode of the current late-night broadcast aired on Sunday.
