Calimero Returns in 1st CG Show from Japan, , Italy

1st anime series in 21 years about Italian-created chick character
TV Tokyo starting on October 7. The series of 15-minute shorts will air at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesdays.
Tooru Sakurai will play the troublemaker Peter (pictured right).
The new show will be the first time Calimero will be animated in CG, and the project is a collaboration between Japanese, Italian, and French studios.
Toei produced. Toei also produced the 52-episode remake that aired in Japan from October 1992 to September 1993.
