Live-Action Rurouni Kenshin Sequels' Trailer Recaps 1st Film

Review of 1st film premieres before new films open August 1 & September 13

The official films began streaming a five-minute recap video for the first film before its sequels open in Japan in August and September. The video features new footage from the films near the end of the trailer.

The two new films will cover the Kyoto arc from ended on December 27 after six months of filming.

The cast of the Juppongatana (Ten Swords), a group of elite swordsmen led by Tatsuya Fujiwara), include:

The first live-action Rurouni Kenshin premiere in Los Angeles in December 2012.

Watsuki's manga ran from 1994 to 1999 in titled "Honō wo Suberu -Rurouni Kenshin: Uramaku-" (Controlling Flame -Rurouni Kenshin: Hidden Chapter-), will tell the story of how Shishio Makoto and Yumi Komagata met.

An anime series aired in Japan from 1996 to 1998 and spawned several anime film and video projects. released the two more recent video anime series on Blu-ray Disc and DVD, which also covered the Kyoto arc.
