Square Enix Files New 'Star Ocean' Trademark

Square Enix made a new trademark filing for "Star Ocean" in Japan.

Taro Yokō and Takamasa Shiba — creative director and producer for Square Enix's revealed in an interview with Famitsu last month that the company is not currently making new installments to its Star Ocean video game series.

Star Ocean: The Last Hope was released for Xbox 360 in 2009 in Japan, North America, Australia, and Europe.
