HMV and other retailers are listing the Panty & Stocking Blu-ray Disc dub and subtitles.

The "Taku Takahashi. Video extras include the "Ghost Bakuhatsu Scene-Shū," live-action documentary, promotional videos, and clean opening and ending animation sequences.
