Hotarubi no Mori e Slated to Open on September 17

The official website for the anime film Hotarubi no Mori e supernatural romance manga announced on June 4 that the film will open in Japan on September 17 in two theaters: Theater Umeda in Osaka and Ikebukuro's Cine Libre in Tokyo.
Special pre-order tickets will go on sale at the theaters starting June 18. Fans who buy these tickets will get a free poster.
The website also announced that Sizzle Ohtaka will sing the theme song for the film, titled "Natsu o Miteita" (Was Watching Summer). The film's soundtrack will be released on August 24.
The story of Hotarubi no Mori e centers around Hotaru, a little girl who gets lost in an enchanted forest where apparitions reside. A young boy, Soul Eater) as Gin.
