posted on by Egan Loo
FanimeCon announced that Mamoru Yokota will return to the May 27-30 convention in San Jose, California for a second year.
Yokota provided the illustrations for the Rune Soldier Louie light novels, and then later provided the character designs for the anime adaptation. His art in the Magical Canan adult game became the inspiration for the character designs in the Magical Canan video anime series and television anime series.
Yokota also worked as a producer for both the Macross Frontier television series and was a key animator on Macross Frontier's opening animation.
Yokota has provided artwork for two video game adaptations of Katekyo Hitman Reborn!, as well as the Suzumiya Haruhi no Gekidou and Suzumiya Haruhi no Chokuretsu video games.
FanimeCon will also host return the convention this year.
