Shohei Manabe's story of human drama in Japanese black market
This year's combined 36/37th issue of Ushijima the Loan Shark (Yamikin Ushijima-kun) manga is being adapted into a live-action television series. The story of the manga depicts the human drama in the black market world, as seen through the eyes of the titular loan shark.
The television series is slated to premiere this October during a late-night timeslot on TBS, and their s. Additional information, such as the cast, have yet to be announced.
