FLCL and I'm Gonna Be An Angel Acquisition Announcement

Over a month ago, Studio Pierrot's website (www.studiopierrot.com) announced the acquisition of Tenshi ni Narumon ("Gonna Be an Angel"). However, no production company was announced.

Digital Manga has just sent out a press release stating that their new division, I'm Gonna Be An Angel! TV series.
