Central Park Media filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy on April 27, 2009 and is facing liquidation with a debt of over US$1.2 million.
M's anime video labels included Central Park Media (artistic and literary releases), U.S. Manga Corps (general releases), Asia Pulp Cinema label was for live-action Japanese films.
1991-07: M's U.S. Manga Corps anime label established.
1991-11-07: M's first actual release was Dominion Tank Police Volume 1 on subtitled VHS.
